Delivery method

1. DELIVERY TIME: NOT INCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS:

• For the Northern region: Products will be delivered in 2-4 days to customers (Time will vary depending on order and delivery address)
• For the Central region: Products will be delivered within 2 - 3 days to customers (Time will vary depending on order and delivery address)
• For the Southern region: Products will be delivered within 1-2 days to customers (Time will vary depending on order and delivery address)

2. PROBLEM HANDLING REGULATIONS: (For defective goods, missing goods, ...):

    Please check the goods before receiving

NOTE :

Please RECORD VIDEO when opening the package, so that we can assist you in solving problems.

Please report to HUNG PHUOC LOI CO., LTD within 7 days

• For products, follow the steps: VIDEO CLIP, unpacking process, counting process
• For products measured in kg: CLIP the unpacking process, wait for the scale to return to zero, and put the goods on the scale.

After confirmation:

• DEFECTIVE GOODS: HUNG PHUOC LOI COMPANY LIMITED supports shipping and exchanging products for FREE (1 for 1 exchange)
• LACK OF GOODS: HUNG PHUOC LOI COMPANY LIMITED supports shipping goods to compensate customers.
