Return policy, warranty

The return period is 07 days from the date you receive the goods (If the product is defective, 1 for 1 exchange applies).

 

A) Exchange:

 

You can return the received item if you encounter the following problems:

 

Product is defective from the manufacturer.

 

B) Warranty: (Warranty policy for plastic molds, rubber molds ):

 

Permanent warranty for plastic injection molds and rubber molds for molds manufactured at HUNG PHUOC LOI CO., LTD. (Warranty conditions: molds must be maintained by HUNG PHUOC LOI CO., LTD.)
